Teen driving deaths up 12% in North Carolina

Teens are also notorious for engaging in distracted driving. In addition, teen drivers also have not had to pass a road test to obtain their Level Two Limited Provisional License. Speeding also remains a problem on North Carolina roads. Since the pandemic began, the Highway Patrol has given out numerous tickets for drivers speeding at over 100 mph.
